General Manager
Duc Hua

Duc has been general manager for the past 18 years and has developed a team of well trained and passionate people.
Night Team Manager
Sharon Stephens

Sharon is the Night Team Manager at Freshcorp Farms. Her duties include; organizing the picking & packing teams each night to fulfil customer orders with excellent quality produce in a timely manner, packing orders in the required areas for AM dispatch, arranging the packing area set up with pallets and packaging, allocation of picking slips to each team member for packing, she attempts to minimise morning re-runs by substitution of products or cutting back on all customers supply of these products, ensuring her team highlight all items not available on picking slips. Her final duty of the night is to ensure end of shift procedures are followed and organise the clean up in the coolrooms. She regularly checks and records coolroom temperatures as well as managing the 14 day advance roster.

Duc has been general manager for the past 18 years and has developed a team of well trained and passionate people.
Sales Manager
Duc Hua

Duc is responsible for new Business for Freshcorp Farms. As part of his role he will stand in for customer service and will also help in other areas of promoting the company.

Duc tries many ways to get new business, he follows up on leads that come in through Yellow Pages and the website, he cold calls when he can. He picks a territory and targets restaurants, hotels, cafes etc. Duc is always on the look out for new business' starting up & new areas being developed.
Market buyer
Tri Tran

Tri is responsible for purchasing 30% of our daily stock needs directly from canning vale market as well as sourcing stock from over east and re-sale to the market.

He provides daily stock's cost prices to Ian so he can enter into the accounting software. He also updates on daily basis the non-available stock and new stock available in market. Tri maintains good relationships between Market agents and Freshcorp Farms.
Administration Manager / Stock Controller
Karlee Tomasini

Karlee is responsible for maintaining the Gross Profit at Freshcorp Farms. This is done by accurately entering current cost prices into the accounting software daily, and setting all sell prices (includes normal weekly pricing, monthly and yearly set pricing quotes, one-off quotes, and matrix pricing for certain products for particular customers). She promotes sales and manages the flow of stock availability information between buyers, stores, admin and customers by way of the weekly bulletin, and daily updates to the Freshcorp Farms team. She arranges stock-take counts to be entered and checked, and forwarded on to the accounts team. Supplier invoices are checked, entered into the accounting software for payment and credits are requested, as required.

Karlee is also the Manager of our Administration team. The Administration team take orders from our customers, raise pick slips and invoices and deal with a number of customers in meeting their daily requirements
Grower Buyer, Stores Manager
Kee Soh

Kee Soh is responsible for purchasing 70% of our daily stock needs directly from the growers as well as placing most of the interstate orders as well. Kee Soh organises the deliveries from the growers and the pick up of interstate stock from the domestic airport. Once Kee Soh has confirmation that the stock is in the air she will book Quarantine and have them on stand by so we get the stock to the customer as soon as possible.

Kee Soh also manages the Stores Team which consists of our Storemen and Processing department and maintain the stores which consists of more than 500 lines.
